who and why?

No one special, that's for sure! I'm just naturally curious and that's put me on an eternal quest to understand myself and those around me. What makes us tick, what drives our decisions and reactions, and what is our Life's Purpose(s)?

Throughout my life, I've straddled spaces that seem worlds apart. I’m a mother, wife, musician, finance leader, executive and entrepreneur – that’s right, I use both sides of my brain. But...this tension between what I felt society expected of me in all my roles, the very real (and perceived) barriers to my freedom in those spaces, and what I truly desire have all been defining dynamics of my careers and selfhood. 

Part of my motivation to launch this podcast stems from my desire to weave together insights from my diverse life roles and create a space for me to be in my wholeness. What's more, watching my kids blossom into adulthood and seeing the same cycles I thought I’d broken repeated by them, was astonishing. 

In this way, my podcast is deeply personal and rooted in my experiences of living a wildly multiplicitous life. I'm also not alone in this though.

This podcast is not only dedicated to my kiddos. It's meant for anyone who can gain from tools and methods that lead to personal progress and fulfillment in their own lives and those in their worlds. 

I uncover true life stories and encourage collective discovery from a place of inner abundance by cultivating an overflow of love and support that enriches growth and healing. The ultimate goal is to identify and achieve our Life's Purpose(s) with great balance, vigor and fulfillment.
